Caption: Date: 1971-02 Location: Rawutkot, Dailekh Description: Two carpenters using a chisel and file to fashion space for a tight-fitting steel cap (with U-shaped grooves) for the top of the twin tower unit for the suspension bridge over Chamghat River. Once the 7/8 foot cables are placed in the grooves they can slide forward and backwards but not to either side when finally fit over the tops of the towers.
