Caption: Date: 1971-04 Location: Rawutkot, Dailekh Description: View from the top of the south-side suspension bridge towers showing the twin 7/8” cables from either side of the tower running from the top of the 18’ towers to the concrete and stone anchor to which they are attached. The stringing and clamping back of the cables makes the bridge (over the Chamghat River) ready to received the decking units to be threaded (in ten-foot sections) to the stringers attached to the cables.
