Caption: Date: 1970-10 Location: Rawutkot, Dailekh Description: View towards Rawutkot village (up the hill) from above the site of the northern tower location of the yet-to-be-constructed Chamghat River suspension bridge. A temporary bridge has been constructed (center foreground) to facilitate passage from one side to the other during bridge construction. Monsoon rains, of course, would later (by June) make the river 15 feet deep at the site of the temporary bridge making passage impossible.
