He visited Hile, which had a high concentration of Tibetan refugees, and conducted a special ceremony at the local temple. He only spoke Tibetan. Hile's main Lama is third from the right; his son is the small boy in front of him. The other individuals are part of the high-level Lama's visiting entourage.
