Description: Omkar P. Gauchan and his son are standing outside his fabric store. Gauchan was affectionately referred to in the community as the "Ghandi of Baglung" and for good reason. In addition to overseeing the construction of many bridges throughout the district he played an instrumental role in establishing schools.
