Description: For this recently constructed house in Tiwaridanda to be completed walls still needed to be coated and porches added. The photograph was taken on the day of Gai Puja during Tihar as can be seen from the circular marks on the cows. The circular marks were made with a bell that had been dipped in a rice and corn meal mixture.
