Description: Tibetan woman bringing a load of medicinal herbs to sell in Dharan or Biratnagar. She has a beautiful butter-tea churn strapped on top of her load. Hot water and some loose tea is put into the churn with clarified butter (ghee) and some salt thoroughly mixed with the churn, poured out into a pan, reheated and then poured into glasses.
