Description: Woman winnowing rice to separate the husks (chaff) from the grain. She throws the grain up in the air enough so that the heavier grain separates from the lighter husks. Then she laboriously hand picks out chaff and stones (hopefully). Note the stone grinding wheel in background used to grind corn.
