Description: A small tea shop on a ridgetop at Mattikan along the trail from Pokhara to Putalikhet (Putali Bazaar, Syangja). The woman is taking Sel-Roti that has been deep-fried in Ghee (clarified butter) out of a pan on a chulo (stove) in front of her. It is a sweet bread with sugar, banana, rice, and clarified butter mixed into the batter. A crispy treat found at many tea shops.
