Description: Roof of house in Purang, a Loba (Mustang Bhotiya) village between Muktinath and Jharkot (Dzarkot). Wood and brush stacked on roofs of all houses, prayer flags on long poles. Flat roofs used for household working space. Good example here of rooms built on and above roof levels, with a great variety of placement and height.
