Caption: Date: 1966-1968 Location: Yaku, Bhojpur Description: Dharmasala, constructed by Vishnu Lal Dhakal. In 1950, when schools were first allowed in Nepal, a primary school was opened in Yaku and housed in the Dharmasala until a separate building was built. At the time of this photo, the Viswa Premi High School Headmaster, Ishwari Prasad Bandari, and several students from other villages lived in the upper level of this building and the lower level was open to anyone wishing to stay. The building subsequently fell into disrepair and collapsed. In 2007, the new Village Police Post was built on the site.
