Caption: Date: 1971-10 Location: Chainpur, Bajhang Description: Class VII-A, Satyavadi High School, taken in front of the classroom buildings. The boys' hostel is the white building in the background. It housed 200 boys from all over the district. Their fathers and male family members would visit occasionally to bring them rice and dal. The boys cooked their own meals in small groups at the student cookhouse at the edge of the school compound. The few girls in the school either lived in Chainpur or boarded with families there.
