Caption: Date: 1971-03 Location: Chainpur, Bajhang Description: Masta Mandu, a very old temple on the trail from Chainpur, on the east bank of the Seti River, going north toward Talkot. This trail is part of a trade route between Humla and the western Terai. Traders from Humla use their sheep to carry loads, such as salt going south and rice going north, on trips that last for months each year.
