Caption: Date: 1969-05 Location: Thamel, Kathmandu Description: At the Keshar Gardens, Keshar Mahal. At this date, these little-frequented gardens were a relic of the Rana regime and had fallen into disrepair. In 2007 a restoration project was completed and the site was renamed "The Garden of Dreams" - serving as a quiet oasis in the middle of Kathmandu, not far from the Royal Palace.
