Description: The Center of Namche is a narrow street to the right of the dark green roofed building. The three story building is the home and hotel of Pasang Kami and his wife one of the oldest and best furnished hotels in Namche. Although considered a Tibetan by the "Old Sherpas" of Namche Pasang Kami thrived as a trekking Sherpa and worked as a sirdar (leader) for Mountain Travel for many years. His children were educated in Kathmandu and the US and his daughter is a dentist in Namche.
